Product Description
FS-One is an intumescent firestop sealant designed to expand when exposed to fire. It helps protect combustible and non-combustible penetrations. Providing up to a 4 hour fire rating.

Applications
Durable fire sealant for insulated metal pipes, non-insulated metal pipes, with or without sleeve, jacketed cables, cable bundles, plastic pipes, and top of wall joints.

Examples
Sealing around plastic pipe penetrations in fire rated construction.

Storage Requirements
Store only in original package in a cool, dry place in a temperature between 5°C and 30°C. Respect the expiration date on the package.
